Baby Yoga Classes
Baby Yoga Classes
Our baby yoga classes are exactly that; classes for baby to do the yoga rather than the parent doing yoga around baby. You will learns a series of stretches, poses and moves which will enhance the development of your baby and deepen the bond between you as well as learning communication with your child through body language, promoting attuned parenting. As with the baby massage, we will only take baby through the yoga sequences if they are receptive to it and giving us signals that it's okay to proceed.
Baby yoga is run much the same as the baby massage classes except that baby remains clothed and there are no oils involved. The beginner yoga class is less active than the advanced class for the parent and, as with the massage classes, we always put baby first and see to their needs, whatever they may be, above all else with no pressure or judgement.
Do I need to bring anything?
You do not need to bring anything for the Baby Yoga classes. Mats are provided and we do not use any oils.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around easily in.
